Eustace & Zamus Antiques was an idea born in 1995
and established in 1997. Member of the Hudson Antiques Dealers Association.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
1) We
accept Personal Checks, American Express, Visa, & MasterCard .These are by
phone orders. We do not accept PayPal
2) Most items will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Larger
purchases will use local and nationally recognized delivery services that are sensitive to
the care of your Antique(s). All arrangements must be made and agreed to,
prior to shipment
3) OUR RETURN POLICY: We're
certain you'll be happy with your purchase. We take extra care to fully describe our
items, including
any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are
ordering, please contact us and ask us about the item before placing your
order.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please
contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by
phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection
of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if
returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding
any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be
reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be
received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us
regarding the return.
4) OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: A 10%
restocking fee will be charged on any item returned for reasons other than damage from
shipping. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced with a
similar/like item or no restocking fee will be charged.
5) OUR DAMAGE POLICY: Claims for items shipped via
Federal Express or the US Postal Service which arrived damaged will be
processed in accordance with FedEx or USPS policy. You must notify
Eustace & Zamus Antiques as soon as possible and keep all
packing materials and damged items. Claims can not be processed without
the packing materials. Furniture and other items shipped via
transport companies which arrive damaged must be refused and returned
to Eustace & Zamus Antiques unless we have spoken with
both the buyer and the delivery company and authorize otherwise.
Eustace & Zamus Antiques will not be liable for any damage or the
cost of repairs once delivery has been accepted.
